School Choir

School Choir1

At Invicta Grammar we are very proud of our school choir. The choir rehearses twice a week in the Auditorium and sings a range of repertoire including popular music (accompanied by our Invicta 'House' band), Carols at Christmas at All Saints Church, and larger works alongside the School Orchestra.

Choir members consistently prove themselves to be talented, dedicated members of the school and regularly produce fantastic performances throughout the school year. The school choir performs at many events including three termly music concerts, the Carol Concert and the 11+ Open Evening, to name but a few. Choir is not only about fantastic singing, but also about having fun. There are many social events throughout the year for choir members, including a Christmas party and a trip to Thorpe Park. Choir rehearsals require concentration and focus, but are also fun and full of energy.

The School Choir is open to all students and anybody wishing to join will be warmly welcomed. Choir members are expected to have excellent attendance and attitude and, in return, will be part of one of the most exciting, vibrant and successful groups at Invicta.
