Student Houses

Invicta prides itself on a very active House System. At Invicta we have 8 Houses, each lead by a Head of House who is a staff member. House Prefects are selected from Year 13. Each form selects a House Representative. Each House chooses a local charity to support. There are 3 House Shields that Houses compete for: House Points, House Charity and House Sports. House Competitions are held throughout the year.

All students are assigned to one of eight houses, named after notable females through history: Nightingale, Pankhurst, Bronte, Frank, Curie, Roddick, Colvin and Austen. Each House has a distinctive logo and colour assigned to it, and this year House Badges have been introduced.
