Results Day
The best days of the year for the Careers Department at Invicta are Results Days, as students finalise their plans for the future and move on successfully to the next stage of their lives! Results days are always days of celebration but also a time when our Careers Service ensures all Year 11 students are successfully placed in their post 16 options and Year 13 students finalise their plans at university, move onto a gap year opportunity or into the world of work. Careers advice does not stop the moment our students leave the school though, and a post-18 Careers Service is available throughout the year for any former students who need to access further individualised support. This is also a fantastic way of keeping in touch with our Alumni who then return to our school to share their stories regarding their career experiences in life after Invicta!
