Year 7 Cross Curricular Trip to Paris
Year 7 students spent an exciting weekend in Paris visiting many of the cities famous landmarks.
After leaving Invicta at 6am to cross to France, the girls first visited the Chocolaterie de Lachelle followed by the Cite des Enfants before arriving at FIAP in Paris. The next day was another busy one, involving visits to the Palais de la Decoverte, Musee d'Orsay and the Montparnasse Tower, which has the most spectacular views over Paris. On Sunday, there was no time to rest as the students visited the Cathedral Notre-Dame de Paris and the Musee des Egouts before travelling back to Invicta.
The girls were fantastic ambassadors for Invicta Grammar School. Thank you to Miss Laxton and her team of teachers who gave up their weekend to give our students such a wonderful opportunity to broaden their cultural horizons.
