Keeping Busy - January 2021
It is great to see lots of you keeping busy and getting a break from your screens.
Back in December Natasha in 10N helped with the administration for blood clinic bookings at The Cedars Surgery (NHS GP practice) in Hextable.
More recently, Charlotte in 8A visited Chilston Park with her brother and put their recently acquired chess skills to the test. Lucy in 7C had a go at painting with acrylic paints, very impressive for her first attempt. Helen in 10I went on an 8km walk with her Dad. Emma in 7G baked a delicious looking Winter Spice Cake complete with cinnamon spiced biscuit decoration and Murran in 8I has done lots of cooking. Emily in 7T has been helping her Mum and Dad down the allotment, removing lots of weeds and getting lots of fresh air. Mia in 7C, together with her sister searched muddy puddles for sheets of ice and Ameena in 9S celebrated her 14th birthday in lockdown with a basket ball themed cake made by her talented Mum!
