Macmillan Coffee Morning - Non-Uniform Day
Mrs Le Sbirel sent this report:
Thank you very much for supporting our first non-uniform and cake day in aid of Macmillan Coffee Morning. I am delighted to report that we raised £2526.50.
This is a fantastic achievement and I am overwhelmed by your amazing generosity. I am sure Macmillan will be very pleased to receive our donation. This charity provides physical, emotional and financial support for people living with cancer and I know that many of our students and staff know people who have benefited from their services.
Thank you for bringing in your cakes, I hope you enjoyed eating them! I certainly enjoyed seeing the photos and the 8 House winning entries.
The competition was close but here are the top 3:
3rd place Frank (10 House Points)
2nd place Roddick (30 House Points)
1st place Pankhurst (50 House Points)
Well done everyone!
Thank you to BOSS Enterprises for their hot chocolate stall. They raised an additional £100 which will be split between their chosen charities; Therapy Partners and Women's Aid.
Due to the fact that we could not have a cake sale we moved the planned non-uniform day from Friday, 16 October to Friday, 2 October. This means that the next non-uniform day will now be Friday, 27 November.
House Badges
House badges need to be worn on the left lapel of your blazer. If you have lost your badge you will need to buy a new one from Mrs Liddicoat in the Student Support Centre at a cost of £2.
Class Charts Shop
Rewards earned can be spent though the Class Charts Shop. Many of you have spent your rewards since virtual school and we are now looking into how you can receive your items safely. If you have ordered anything, please check your emails for a date and time for you to collect your items.
Remember Edulink only shows the points you have earned this year, whereas Class Charts shows all your points. To view your spendable points, you need to visit the ClassCharts Shop via the website or mobile app. I will be opening the shop again next week, one year-group bubble a day, so look out for an email in your inbox.
