Year 7 took part in a Geography field trip to Spot Lane Nature Area. It was a lovely sunny day for the 5.5 km walk through Bearsted, on to Spot Lane Nature Area and finally through Mote Park back to school. https://t.co/Gl8oWoumVp

Year 7 girls took part in the STEM Tetrahedron Finals at BAE Systems, having won the first round earlier in the year. Firstly they had to make a sphere out of straws and split pins, then they had to build a bridge with k’nex without support in the middle. They were joint winners. https://t.co/FnXkNdblUC

30 enthusiastic Year 6 students from a variety of primary schools attended a library workshop, a Library Scavenger Hunt, they each decorated a piece of bunting, an activity of not judging a book by its cover and the girls borrowed a book to read and then bring back on Taster Day. https://t.co/dn7gAUq3W3

Well done Hermione in 7T who entered an on-line Pangea International Maths Competition. There were 50,000 entrants worldwide and 4,000 from the UK.
