Student Support Administrator
The Student Support Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of students as they move through each stage of their school journey.Working closely with the pastoral team, SEND team, Heads of Year and Leadership Team, the postholder provides high-quality administrative support for student welfare and ongoing pastoral processes.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and sensitive to the needs of students in an all-girls selective environment. They will contribute to creating a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that enables all students to feel known, safe and confident as they settle and thrive within the school community.
You will work 37 hours per week (8.00am-4.00pm Monday – Thursday; 8.00am-3.30pm Friday), Term Time Only (190 days). However, where there are fewer term days than 190, the successful applicant will make these hours up during evening events.
The salary range will be paid on VIAT 5 Points 21-24 £7,307-£29,099 (£22,784-£24,279 actual salary).
