Year 6 Treasure Hunt

On Tuesday, 60 Year 6 students, who will be joining Invicta in September, participated in a variety of team building exercises, including a treasure hunt around the grounds of the school. Simply equipped with a selection of 10 photographs of different objects, students had to plot their whereabouts on a map. Students also completed competitions to pass a hula hoop round a circle and to untangle themselves from a human knot in the quickest time!  The girls worked in both small and large groups and contributed with great enthusiasm. During the treasure hunt task, several groups were able to correctly identify the location of all of the photographed items, and given the timings allocated for this task, this was a massive achievement. Well done to all involved and thank you to the Year 7, 8, 12 and 13 transition prefects who all helped with the smooth running of the event.

Thank you to Miss West and Miss Palmer who organised the event.
