Erasmus Italian Visit

Students and teachers from our Italian partner school Enrico Tosi near Milan, have arrived for a seven day visit. This is the next phase of the Innovative Learning and Digital Technology project that both schools have been working together on.

During their visit, the group will receive a talk from financial consultant, Frances Coppola, visit Leeds Castle, Rochester and London. One of the highlights will be a visit to Barclay’s Bank at Canary Wharf, which has been organised by one of our parents. They will visit The University of Kent to meet with Professor Luckhurst, Dean of Journalism. The group will also attend Mathematics, Economics and Business Studies lessons at Invicta.

Thank you to Mrs Lloyd, Mrs Rush and Mr Perry for their hard work in preparing for this visit. We would also like to thank parents who are hosting students at this very busy time for International visits at Invicta. Last week, we welcomed a group from Canada. Currently, we have students from Italy and Spain in school and next week the French Exchange arrives. We could not do this without the support of parents who, in some cases, have been hosts for more than one group of visitors.
