Year 7 Geographers Visit Boxley
On Friday, 6 June, Year 7 begun carrying out their research for their oncoming Geography assessment by visiting Boxley. Students begun the day by getting the coach to Boxley village and then spent the day walking back to school, whilst collecting research for their assessment.
Whilst at Boxley, students completed a task finding key geographical locations and noting down their position. Students thoroughly enjoyed the activity. There was fierce competition as those who successfully completed the work the quickest won a prize.
The whole of Year 7 showed off their impressive Geography skills, successfully describing the landscape of different locations using key geographical terms. Thank you to the Geography Department for organising yet another successful trip.
