Year 7 Bewl Water Visit
On Friday, 16 September all 237 Year 7 students went on a trip to Bewl Water for a day of team building activities. During the day, the girls took part in orienteering, a challenge course, canoeing and raft building. The girls had a fantastic time working together on the challenge course, getting to know each other and their tutors. We were extremely lucky with the weather and there was lots of laughter as the girls got to grips with both canoeing and capsizing! Miss Neaves, Head of Year 7, said ‘The girls got so much out of the experience and it was great seeing the quieter students getting involved.’
Thank you to Miss Neaves and her team for ensuring the day was a success, especially to Miss Mason and Miss Kennaird for the administration that took place behind the scenes. There were certainly a lot of forms to be processed!
